This song is a trip to the 90s, and is inspired by my memories of high school when in physical education I took a test called “Course Navette“.

The test consists of running a 20 meters distance up and down at a given race track. The test is carried out with a beeping sound that marks the timing required to complete the distance. The time between beeps is progressively shortened, so the student has to increase their speed progressively until they can no longer do so.
